October 21-25 is National College Alcohol Awareness Week. In support of CAAW the College Alcohol Research Team has organized several safe drinking activities at the Southern Miss Campus. In addition to hosting safe drinking discussions in classes and with various student groups, CART has organized an alcohol screening for 11-2 on Wednesday 10/23 at the RC Cook Union and a Myth Busting Activity on Thursday from 3-5 at the Payne Center. CART conducts research on harm reduction strategies among college student drinkers.
