The Behavior and Addiction Research (BAR) Lab was developed to help students implement empirical and theoretical projects related to college student substance use, harm reduction, substance use prevention efforts and Motivational Interviewing. The aim for the BAR Lab is to develop students' abilities in conducting empirical research in preparation for careers as researchers, academics, psychologists, counselors and successful graduate students. The BAR Lab is under the direction of Mike Madson, Ph.D. Please browse the different pages to learn more about us and our work.
